Muslim Catholic Alliance (MCA): Created in 2003 as a partnership between the Roman Catholic Diocese and the Council of Masajid of Rochester to promote mutual understanding, dialogue, and cooperation between the Catholic and Muslim communities of the greater Rochester area.
